For the third year running, the Morecambe Bay Wills team have been recognised at the “Oscars” of our industry – the British Wills and Probate Awards.
Our founder, Nicola Combe, lifted the title of “One to Watch” Practitioner of the Year. This award recognises the individual who has shown a high level of involvement and development within their specialism and demonstrates a commitment to honing their craft and delivering outstanding service to clients.
The company were Highly Commended as “Customer Service Champions“. This award is for a firm who goes above and beyond, demonstrating customer service excellence. A company who has embedded a culture of “delighting” their customers and who can provide evidence of what it means to their clients to go the extra mile.
Team MBW were also finalists for the “Regional Will Writing Firm of the Year” award. The few companies shortlisted were able to demonstrate extensive development and progress including growth, technology, employee development and client care.
Having been recognised as “Will Writing Firm of the Year (North/Midlands)” and “Sole Practitioner of the Year” in previous years, these awards show our commitment and passion for our industry and our clients. We look forward to continuing our success in the future.
