All of Florins staff were lovely from start to finish. We mainly dealt with Sophie to draft the will and powers of attorney for my elderly father. It’s always a little daunting, thinking about writing your will but Sophie was brilliant with him. Explaining everything, making sure he could hear her and was very prompt with paperwork and appointments. Nothing was too much trouble, the office is modern and comfortable and services reasonably priced too. We had such a great experience we Sophie, my husband and I have returned to draft our wills too.
