We are an award-winning independent social work provider based in the South of England. Gary Spencer-Humphrey is a dual-registered Social Worker in England and Wales, specialising in social care, forensics and adult mental health.

Gary is also a warranted Approved Mental Professional, Best Interest Assessor and Authorising Officer Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards. In addition to my social work training, I also hold LLB (Hons) law degree, two Postgraduate Diplomas and a master’s degree in advanced clinical practice. He is also a certified MoCA rater and holds the Bond Solon CPD Civil Procedural Rules Expert Witness Certificate.

We used Gary and the team to help provide two capacity assessments: one for probate and one for moving into care in the Derby area. The service was excellent. Communication was clear, precise and on time. The whole team were so helpful, they took all the worry away and we’re so grateful.
