If you run, or are part of a company/network of Estate planning professionals wishing to apply for membership then you will need to apply for Corporate membership.

To qualify for Corporate Membership, all employees or representatives of the Company who take instructions for estate planning documentation from clients must qualify for full membership via one of the above available routes.

Once your membership has been approved the company will become a Best member and will receive a logo which can be used on company stationery, email footers and social media.

Applying for Corporate membership

In order to apply for corporate membership you must:

  • Complete the application form and pay the applicable fee depending on the number of instruction takers within the company
  • Hold a clear and valid DBS check for all employees or representatives of the Company who take instructions for estate planning documentation from clients
  • Provide evidence that you hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in respect of the services you offer from a provider on the Best Foundation’s Approved List of Providers
  • Confirm you hold Public Liability insurance

All employees or representatives of the Company who take instructions for estate planning documentation from clients will need to agree to the Best Foundation’s Continuous Learning Requirements and the Best Foundation Code of Conduct.
