    Our members value feedback and should any client be dissatisfied then it is important to raise any issues with the member directly. We hope that any complaint you have can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily by the Best member.

    Therefore, we would ask that you contact them in the first instance and ensure you have exhausted their complaints procedure before contacting the Best foundation.
